Server maintenance for US schools has resulted in some unexpected data access issues.
You may experience issues doing the following in Stile if you are at a school in the United States: - Lessons created in the past 24 hours may be intermittently unavailable, resulting in 404 "Uh oh!" errors; - Difficulty enrolling teachers or students to subjects; - Lessons released to students may still result in 403 "Permission denied" errors when trying to access; - "Uh oh!" error when trying to link a lesson in Canvas.
We are working to resolve these issues and restore access to all data.
This incident affected: Teacher activities (Adding students, Copying from the library, Markbook, Releasing/Hiding lessons), Student activities (Accessing and completing lessons), and Everyone (Uploading files, Accessing Stile X resources on the web).
